Barbra Streisand paid tribute to her A Star Is Born co-star Kris Kristofferson, who passed away at age 88. In an Instagram post, Streisand recalled first seeing Kristofferson perform at the Troubadour in L.A., where she immediately knew he was special. She chose him for the 1976 adaptation of A Star Is Born, which became a hit, and their duet "Evergreen" won an Academy Award.
