As Shania Twain prepares to host the People's Choice Country Awards on Thursday, the 59-year-old joked that her stage fright might get her "yanked off the stage." Speaking with Taste of Country, Twain admitted she’s more of a spontaneous speaker than a scripted one, so if she starts rambling, they might have to pull her off. Despite performing since she was 8, Twain has struggled with stage fright her entire career, previously telling CTV in 2019 that she copes by focusing on the collective experience rather than feeling isolated on stage.
