Anne Hathaway Apologizes to Journalist Following Viral 'Awful Interview'

The original footage showed Anne Hathaway at a press junket for Les Misérables, where she gave curt responses to journalist Flaa's questions. Flaa had tried to make the interview more fun by asking the actors to sing their responses, which she would also sing back. While stars like Russell Crowe and Hugh Jackman were up for it, Hathaway wasn’t as receptive. Flaa later shared clips of Hathaway being dismissive, sparking mixed reactions from viewers—some thought Hathaway was being rude, while others believed she was just having a bad day.

Emmanuel Macron Weighs In on ‘Emily in Paris’ Moving to Rome

Source: CNN
When Emily in Paris revealed at the end of season four that its lead character would be heading to Rome, it surprised many fans. Now, French President Emmanuel Macron has joined the conversation, declaring that France will "fight hard" to keep the show from relocating to Italy's capital. “We will ask them to stay in Paris, ‘Emily in Paris’ in Rome doesn’t make sense,” Macron told Variety in an interview.
The show follows American marketing executive Emily Cooper (played by Lily Collins), who moves from Chicago to Paris and embraces the city’s lifestyle. It’s one of Netflix’s most popular series, and with its renewal for a fifth season, creator Darren Star revealed that Emily will now “have a presence in Rome.”
Macron has long been associated with the series. His wife, Brigitte, made a cameo in season four, where Emily asked for a selfie after spotting her in a café. In season one, Brigitte’s character even shares one of Emily’s social media posts, expressing surprise that the French word for vagina—*le vagin*—is masculine.
