Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s Puppy Interview Is Everything You’d Hoped For

To celebrate Kraven the Hunter, we asked Aaron all our burning questions about starring in the film and bringing the iconic Spider-Man villain to life. We also took some time to reflect on his roles in Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, Avengers: Age of Ultron, The Fall Guy, Bullet Train, and much more. Plus, we threw in a few general questions to get to know him better.

Directed by J.C. Chandor, Kraven the Hunter follows Sergei Kravinoff (Taylor-Johnson), whose complicated relationship with his father drives him on a path of vengeance, ultimately shaping him into one of the most feared hunters.

The film also stars Ariana DeBose, Fred Hechinger, Alessandro Nivola, Christopher Abbott, and Russell Crowe.

Aaron shared his experience working with Russell Crowe in Kraven the Hunter and expressed his desire to collaborate with him again in the future. He also revealed that after wrapping Outlaw King, he kept the sword and dagger from the film. We also talked about his time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Pietro Maximoff and how incredible it’s been to see Elizabeth Olsen’s portrayal of Wanda Maximoff evolve.

As 2025 approaches, the beauty industry is set for another exciting year.

Throughout 2024, the sector has seen strong consumer engagement, soaring prestige beauty sales, an increase in new product launches, and retailers allocating more space to beauty products.

The prevailing message is clear: “There’s a definite wave of momentum in beauty right now, and I believe it will only continue into 2025,” predicts Matt Maxwell, Director of Kantar’s Health and Beauty Business Unit.

“We anticipate more buzz in the category, heightened engagement, and consequently, more sales,” Maxwell adds.

Emma Fishwick, UK Account Director at Circana, shares a similar outlook, noting that the surge in innovation over the past months will fuel even stronger performance in the year ahead.

One of the major shifts will be how consumers approach beauty shopping.

Andrew McDougall, Director of Beauty and Personal Care at Mintel, tells Cosmetics Business: “Shopping with intent will be a key driver for 2025. Consumers will be more conscious about how they make their purchases.”
