‘You’re an A**hole’: Celebrity Interview Takes a Total Dive

Bill Burr wasn’t pleased with Howie Mandel after the latter invited an unexpected guest onto their podcast episode.

The 56-year-old comedian vented his frustration at Mandel, 69, after Billy Corgan, the 57-year-old lead singer of Smashing Pumpkins, unexpectedly joined their conversation during the January 21 episode of Howie Mandel Does Stuff.

“You’re an a**hole,” Burr told Mandel.

Corgan had believed that Mandel had informed Burr about his surprise appearance, to which the podcast host responded, “I thought it would be a good surprise.”

However, Burr didn’t share that sentiment. He quickly asked, “Can this be edited out?” before reluctantly deciding to continue with the segment.

“All right, f**k it, I’ll do it,” Burr said, turning to Corgan and adding, “Did you ever think the fact that I never told that story… maybe you shouldn’t?”

Burr was referring to a past podcast episode in which Corgan shared that his stepmother had once told him, “Do you know who Bill Burr is? Bill Burr might be one of the children your father sired during his days as a traveling musician.”

“You know how many emails and crap I got?” Burr expressed, visibly irritated by the reveal.

Despite the awkward tension, Burr addressed Corgan directly, saying, “Listen, you’ve done well for yourself, I’m happy for you, but I’d just prefer if you didn’t go around telling these f**king stories. Like, why did you feel the need to do that?”

Affordable Beauty Products Under $250 That the Royal Family Loves

Thanks to fashion bloggers, social media, and royal writers like myself, identifying outfits worn by the Royal Family and snagging them for yourself has become relatively easy (unless, of course, the infamous Kate/Meghan Effect takes over). However, recreating exact royal beauty looks is a bit trickier.

Unlike celebrities, Kate Middleton and Queen Camilla aren’t likely to be giving interviews about their favorite skincare or makeup products anytime soon. And trying to pinpoint the exact shade of lipstick from a photo isn’t always as straightforward as it seems (ask me about the infamous Great Kate Berry Lip Debate).

Luckily, Meghan Markle, having been a TV star before becoming a royal, gave several interviews about her beauty routine in her pre-royal days. While we’re familiar with many of the Duchess of Sussex's go-to products, some of Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana, and Princess Kate's favorite beauty brands have also come to light over the years.

From lip gloss to nail polish and everything in between, keep reading for 25 of the Royal Family's most-loved beauty products.

Clarins Natural Lip Perfector
Clarins Lip Perfector Sheer Lip Gloss in Rose Shimmer
$30 at Sephora
Queen Elizabeth was known to touch up her lipstick in public, and although you don’t often see the Princess of Wales doing this, she was once spotted holding this rosy-hued Clarins gloss. Kate pulled it from her Alexander McQueen bag during a 2019 Wimbledon match. This moisturizing formula is perfect for those fresh, glossy lip days.

Stylo Yeux Waterproof
Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Eyeliner
$35 at Chanel
“I use Chanel Cassis eyeliner on my upper lash line and waterline, and then a touch of shimmer powder adds brightness and sparkle,” Meghan Markle shared with Beauty Banter during her acting days.

Quelques Fleurs L'original Eau De Parfum
$220 at Neiman Marcus
This floral scent was Princess Diana's choice for her 1981 wedding to Prince Charles and remains a beloved luxury fragrance. Described as a “compelling blend of ethereal, ambrosial, voluptuous flowers,” it's perfect for brides and anyone looking for a sophisticated fragrance.

Shimmer Brick Highlighter Compact
Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Highlighter Compact in Pink Quartz
$57 at Nordstrom
When Kate Middleton married Prince William, she famously did her own makeup and used this sparkly pink compact for her bridal look. Bobbi Brown's Shimmer Brick is also a go-to product for me—it's versatile and doubles as eyeshadow, making it perfect for travel.

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant
$35 at Amazon
Elizabeth Arden once held a royal warrant from Queen Elizabeth and has been adored by other royals, too. In his 2023 memoir Spare, Prince Harry revealed that his late mother, Princess Diana, used this multi-purpose balm on her lips. In an unexpected twist, Harry also shared that it helped him with a rather personal frostbite situation after his Arctic expedition.

Essie Nail Polish in Ballet Slippers
$10 at Amazon
$9.29 at Amazon
$10 at Ulta Beauty
While Queen Elizabeth often kept her nails bare, Ballet Slippers was “the only color Her Majesty would wear,” according to a 1989 letter from her hairdresser to Essie. The soft pink hue remains a favorite for those who prefer a subtle, barely-there look—though Princess Kate has been known to occasionally mix it up with bold red nails.

MAC Teddy Brown Eyeliner
MAC Eye Kohl Eyeliner Pencil in Teddy
$24 at Ulta Beauty
Meghan Markle once said she uses MAC’s bronze Teddy eyeliner “if I’m going to amp it up at night,” describing it as “a really beautiful brown with a hint of gold.”

Kérastase Discipline Oleo-Relax Anti-Frizz Shampoo
$44 at Sephora
Both Kate and Meghan swear by Kérastase products. If you’re after a moisturizing shampoo that leaves your hair shiny, bouncy, and frizz-free, the Discipline line is a must-try. Recommended by royal favorite hairdresser Richard Ward, I’ve been using it for years, and it’s made a significant difference on my own frizz-prone hair.

Is Lacey Chabert a Hallmark Millionaire? Inside Her Net Worth

Lacey Chabert’s estimated net worth may be lower than what some might expect.

Despite being a mainstay in Hallmark films, there was a time when industry execs attempted to push out “older talent,” and unfortunately, she was branded as such.

Perhaps that lack of recognition is part of why she hasn’t fully reaped the rewards of her extensive career.

Luckily, things are starting to change, with a fresh wave of new projects—a long-awaited shift she truly deserves.
